I really enjoyed light and very very good breakfast, lovely views.
the room was huge and practical with a very comfy bed. the hotel served bakery and bacon for breakfast. the location was marvellous and stunning, just 5 minutes walk from a huge aquarium.

The Terrace room provided with extra charge for terrace had no terrace view. The room was like a cage. I demanded room change and I got a standart room but the money has not been paid back. So I paid more than I should have if I new the terrace room had no view. It should be called a terrace because my understanding is that you have a nice view when you get out on terrace

We couldn't stay long enough at the hotel to have an opinion! Only one night and we had dinner outside the hotel in a fabulous restaurant.
My complaint was about the comfort of the room. We only stayed one night and ate out so all we cared about was the comfort of the room.Besides, they didn't give us any details for our anniversary (like a card, a detail in the room or a decoration in this one)... The mini bar was a bit poor too! we have been in this hotel for some years now (when it was another chain and we think it has lost a lot of quality since then! sorry but quality/price could have been more comfortable in others we looked at!

Hotel has a great location and a modern design inside! Rooms are comfortable and clean!
Major drawback is there is no outdoor pool!

I had a such great experience here, everything was great, the location was awesome right by the coast, city centre and shopping malls. I thoroughly enjoyed the immaculate room and 1 double bed. There was exceptionally comfortable bed, a private safe, air conditioning and a minibar.
The service was excellent, but some people working there were a little rude.

Clean and comfortable family room, with inter connecting rooms. Ideal for families with teenagers. Ideally placed to visit nearby Oceanografic. Good transport links to city centre via adjacent No 19 bus.
Would have liked tea/coffee making facility in bedroom. However hot water can be obtained from bar & restaurant. No iron available, you have to rely on in house laundry (expensive option).

Great location for visiting the Arts and Science park, shopping and bars. Easy to get a bus to the city.Bonus having a garden to relax in at the hotel.
Booked a superior room with private terrace and free minibar. Private terrace was a waste of time and the mini bar was a con. There were two cans of coke, a beer and some water. One box of Pringles which was never replaced. We had a dodgy wardrobe door which was very difficult to move and was never fixed. The shower head was broken and the safe was not ready for use, when opened had a packet of cigarettes inside ( supposed to be a non smoking room). The shower was attended to quickly as was the safe but should have been checked and ready prior to our arrival.

Style and furniture, atmosphere.
Noisy emergency stairs doors, they were too close to the room 219 and the maids using it were slamming the door starting 8:00 am.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it's fairly clean and fabulous! The units were immaculate and the staff were nice and unobtrusive people at reception desk. Great and unbeatable location in front of a bus stop, that was handy. Had some takeout meals at Lemongrass Aqua, set feet from the property, I couldn't resist.

Excellent location to visit the Cac and also the city centre, 10min by bus or taxi(around 7€). Very modern, large and nicely decorated rooms. Did not try the restaurant but there was a good choice for all tastes at breakfast. For shopping a Corte Ingles next to the hotel, very handy!

The room was very nice and big and breakfast was good. Modern and clean hotel. Good location with a bus stop right next to the hotel, and a shopping mall across the road. Great value for money. I would definitely stay there again.
There was no proper coffee for breakfast, only a nescafe machine.
